By completing a 8 week begginers course you will have the confidence and sexiness to decide whether you want to take it to the dance floor or continue to an advance class. Whilst having the opportunity to attend the weekend pole play, under the watchful eye of an instructor you can continue to practice everything from the course but start adding your own personality to the pole, remember one at a time ladies!.
