Pole Dancing

The aim is to develop fitness, confidence and muscles that you didn’t realise you had whilst showing your wicked side. By completing a 8 week begginers course you will have the confidence and sexiness to decide whether you want to take it to the dance floor or continue to an advance class. Whilst having the opportunity to attend the weekend pole play, under the watchful eye of an instructor you can continue to practice everything from the course but start adding your own personality to the pole, remember one at a time ladies!.

Ball Core

Tantalise your inner core to achieve the ultimate flat tummy. A fantastic opportunity to introduce yourself to our stability balls, a mixed ability class using a variety of exercises made even more effective by the use of balls.

Pump It Up!

Tone that body to perfection with a complete resistance workout to the latest sounds and is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. Bodypump is a toning and conditioning class for just about everybody, both men and women who want to add strength training to there aerobic workout.

Spin

tudio cycling at its very best, a 30 - 45 min high energy class, You ride to energising music over 30 kilometres of varied terrain, Fantastic fat burning class. Sound a little daunting? well why not start at begginers level, check our timetable for details.
