Want results, but daunted from the thought of keeling over in the gym, why not work your way up in your own time with our three level spin classes, starting from begginers through to advanced. Keep an eye on the studio timetable as Kick boxing maybe reintroduced to the line up and also something for the more coordinated, street dance/break dancing classes.

About us

We offer a unique personal training programme as part of your membership package. Every member will receive a medical and fitness assessment on day one, followed by up to twelve personal training sessions. It is our belief that if a member is educated properly in the world of training they will achieve their goals quickly. By being rewarded with instant results, such as inch loss or muscle tone gives a purpose to visiting the gym and will keep you coming back for more.
